PX-series

PX series couplings are light-duty tire-type flexible couplings with low mechanical loss and economical benefits.These couplings are easy to install and require no special tools.Their inspection can be done without removing them.These couplings require no maintenance or lubrication, etc., and the standard range covers continuous torque uoto 5.500 NM.

 

PH-series

The PH series coupling adopts a new precision design to eliminate parallel, axial and angular misalignment up to 8 mm, 12 mm and 6 degrees, respectively.It cushions shock loads and absorbs torsion and lateral vibration.

These couplings consist of stamped and slotted tires and are firmly bolted with double wheels and flanges through perforations on the tire, eliminating any possibility of the tire slipping out of the assembly under all conditions.

 

TC-series

UNIQUE tire-type automatic flexible cushioning coupling is used to offset parallel axial and angular misalignment. Endfloats are used alone or in combination, and absorb vibration and cushion shock. The core of the UNIQUE coupling is a tire-shaped radially split flexible member made of neoprene/nitrile rubber/natural rubber compound and reinforced with nylon/rayon thread.The special structure of the flexible member allows it to bend at will in all directions, and the heat accumulation/power loss is negligible.Therefore, not only the service life of the coupling is ensured, but the service life of the connecting equipment is also guaranteed.These couplings are easy to install.Flexible parts can also be replaced quickly and easily.These couplings can also be inspected without disassembling them, because there are no moving parts and no lubrication is required.

Fenner Tire couplings provide all the desirable characteristics of an ideal flexible coupling, including conical lock fixation. The Fenner Tire coupling is a "torsional elastic" coupling that provides designers and engineers with versatility and can choose a flange combination suitable for most applications.

Flanges can be provided with F or H taper locking joints or drilled to size B.By adding spacer flanges, the coupling can be used to adapt to the standard distance between the shaft ends and facilitate pump maintenance.

Fenner tire coupling can adapt to the maximum misalignment of all planes at the same time without applying excessive load on adjacent bearings, and the excellent shock absorption performance of flexible tires can reduce vibration and torsional oscillation.

Fenner tires use natural rubber compounds and can be used in ambient temperatures from -50 C to +50 C.Neoprene compounds can be used in unfavorable operating conditions, such as oil or grease contamination, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -15°C to +70°C.

When fire and antistatic (FRAS) properties are required, FRAS tires can be used.
